Did you already register for the conference but passed over the luncheon and banquet tickets? There is still time to sign up for meals. Simply send in a registration form with your personal information filled out, state “ALREADY REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE” and check off and send $26 for each Luncheon, and $37 for each Banquet.
